Kathy Chalker
Guidance Counselor
Kathy Allen Chalker, a 28-year member of the faculty at Briarwood, is currently in her 12th year as counselor. She has over 30 years of educational experience. She has taught at Brentwood School, Glascock County, and Briarwood. She earned her BA in Political Science and Masters of Education in Counseling at Augusta State. Her duties include teaching history, counseling and she is the Director of Student Services. Her husband, Milton is a 1975 Briarwood graduate, her son Adam is a 2003 BA graduate, and her younger son Price is a 2009 graduate of Briarwood.
