Registration and Application Fees
A deposit of $400 (which is applied to tuition) per student, not to exceed $800 per family, plus the $100 capital improvement fee per child is required for registration or application to Briarwood Academy.
A payment plan must be selected and followed by each parent. All accounts withBriarwoodAcademymust be paid in full before a student may register for the next school year.

Monthly: 11 months beginning April 1, 2011 ending February 1, 2012
Annually: Total payment due on or before July 15, 2011
Annual Accounts:
Annual accounts not paid by July 15th will be set up on a monthly payment plan. Interest will be accrued on the total tuition. The amount in arrears from April 1st to August 1st must be paid in full by August 1st. The monthly payment schedule must be followed thereafter. No student whose account is not current on August 1st will be allowed to neither attend classes nor participate in any extracurricular activities until that account becomes current.
Monthly Accounts:
11 months, beginning April 1, 2011 and ending February 1, 2012. There will be a charge of 12% interest and a nonrefundable origination fee of $25.
Late fees:
A late fee of $25 will be added to any past due account for each payment past due.
Returned Checks:
There will be a charge of $25 on all returned checks. Anyone who has two checks returned to the school for insufficient funds must thereafter pay their account by money order, cash or certified check. No further personal checks will be accepted from that individual.
Post Dated Checks:
No post dated checks will be accepted by Briarwood Academy.
