Mrs. Amy Hadden - Varsity & Competition Cheerleading Coach
|
Mrs. Hadden, who is in her eleventh year teaching first grade at Briarwood, has been coaching the varsity cheerleaders since 2001
and the competition cheerleaders since their inception.
A 1992 graduate of Briarwood, she served as both a junior varsity and varsity cheerleader. She was also a varsity Buccanette and a member of the Lady Bucs basketball and tennis teams. Mrs. Hadden holds a BS in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University. She and her husband Andrew, have one son, Spencer, an eleventh grader at Briarwood.

Mrs. Crystal Fleming - Junior Varsity & Competition Cheerleading Coach

Mrs. Fleming, who is in her fourth year teaching English and Spanish at Briarwood, is starting her first year as coach of the Briarwood Junior Varsity Cheerleaders and Junior Varsity Competition Cheerleaders. In addition, she serves as the sponsor of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Mrs. Fleming earned her BA in Spanish at Shorter College. Her husband, Bo, is a 2000 graduate of Briarwood and serves as the Briarwood Junior Varsity Football coach. They have one son, Cutler.

Mrs. Mary Lynn Reese - Mighty Bucs Cheerleading Coach
Mrs. Reese, who started at Briarwood in 1993, is a physical education teacher at Briarwood. She has been coaching cheerleading since 1997.
A 1987 graduate of Briarwood, she served as a junior varsity and varsity cheerleader. She also played basketball, ran track and participated on the literary team.
Mrs. Reese hold a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University. She and her husband, Jay, also a 1987 graduate
of Briarwood, have four sons, Dalton in the eleventh grade, Dakota in the seventh grade, Dylan in the fifth grade, and Dax,
who is in first grade. |
