Afterschool Program

Dear Parents,
All students will be charged for the after-school program. Students will not be allowed to be
unsupervised after school dismissal. Please tell your child to report to after-school in case you
are late picking up. We will begin on the first day of school, Thurs, August 8th, 2008 in the
K-5 classroom. The morning daycare will begin at 7:45. The afternoon hours will be 3-6, Monday
thru Friday. The fee is"$2.50 per hour. You will be charged for the next hour if you pick up after the
hour. After six o'clock, there is a late-fee of$15.00 added to the extra hour charge, which will be
$17.50 for the total late fee.

Payment should be made every Monday following the week of attendance. Please add $1.00 to
your weekly fee for refreshments. Send only checks payable to Briarwood. Bills will be sent to you
if you are late with payment and late charges will be applied.

Every child in the program must be covered with some type of insurance. Please make a copy of
your insurance card for my files and return with the information listed below to school on August
8th.
