We are very excited about our new lunchroom system.
Our system will allow parents to access their child’s lunch account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the internet. You will receive low balance alerts automatically through email.
Low Balance email alerts go out daily when an account reaches a minium balance of $4.99. Lunch accounts are for lunch only. Monies must be remitted to the school, and a positive balance must be maintained in a family’s account. As always, students may pay for their lunch in cash.
Each student will be given a lunchroom ID number and a family ID number. The student must give their lunchroom ID number each time they come through the lunch line.
A family will have only one account for all of their students, but the charges will be recorded separately to enable parents to find out what each student is charging. Each family will be issued their family ID number and a PIN number, which will be the last four digits of the family’s phone number. Printed letter statements will be replaced with emails, for families that have supplied the school with an e-mail address and release form. This is a secure site; only specific school personnel with the correct user-id and two specific passwords may access this information. Families must know their family ID and PIN to access family account information. Your family ID appears on the printed statements.

Charging will not be permitted in the lunchroom this year.
We hope that each family will open a prepaid account in the lunchroom of at least $5 in case their child forgets his/her lunch, etc.
All students should have a PRE-PAID account in the lunchroom.
Accounts for students will be used for LUNCHES ONLY. not break or vending machines.
Lunches will be charged only in emergency situations i.e. forgetting lunchroom money for the day, leaving lunch at home.
